Experienced Yachting Professional
I am an experienced Chief Stewardess and Purser in the yachting industry, with over 14 years of expertise since 2010 and a solid background in Business Administration. My passion for helping others in this field emerged from my firsthand experience sorting through hundreds of CVs while searching for the right candidates for onboard positions.

I often found myself frustrated by poor editing, unclear layouts, and missing information, which often failed to reflect the true potential of the candidates I interviewed. This inspired me to think, “I wish I could help them improve their chances!”

During the pandemic, with some extra time on my hands, I began offering free resume advice to yacht crew on Facebook. The response was overwhelming—booking up to four coaching appointments a day! Encouraged by this success, I expanded my services to support senior crew members, focusing on refining and highlighting their key strengths.

COACHING SESSIONS:Â HOW IT WORKS
For junior crew, green crew, or experienced crew who are just looking for someone helpful to go over their CV with, I am available for coaching sessions to give you feedback on your current CV and tell you how to improve.
In the coaching sessions, we meet online, but you make the changes to your own CV after I give suggestions and feedback.
The next step in your career is depending on that one piece of paper to send a good impression of you. It could literally make or break the opportunities that come your way and be the difference between scoring an amazing job or an average one.
Most people grossly underestimate their skills and don’t display some of the most important information on their CVs. You want to give yourself the best chance to succeed.

There is no charge to send in your CV and this helps me determine if it needs improvement, or not. There is nothing to lose by getting a professional look!
STEP 2:
CV COACHING SESSION
We will meet on a call or video chat session over WhatsApp booked for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Please be ready with your CV and a pen and paper to take notes.
This session is where I get to know you, your personality and goals. We will revise your CV together and I will provide valuable industry advice and feedback.

The cost of the coaching appointment is $50.00.

​Follow-ups are included as you refine your CV. I also include an extra value pdf CV guide and list of crew agencies.

Is there a guarantee?

All CVs are personally guaranteed. My primary objective is to assist you in achieving your career goals. If I determine that I am unable to provide the support you need, I will inform you upfront. I do not require payment until the work is completed to your satisfaction. Throughout the process, I will provide draft copies for your review, and you will have the opportunity to approve the final product before any payment is made.

Payment Processing
How can I pay you?

For Payment, I accept Wise and PayPal. I will send you a link to request payment once the work is completed. You do not need a Wise or PayPal account to use the link. You can use any credit card or bank account. I am happy to accept other methods as long as that is disscused in advance. Please let me know if you require an invoice for your records.

Updates
Will you be able to update my CV in the future?

I would love to help you add your latest work experience, certificates or other changes to your CV. However, at this time I am unable to provide a lifetime subscription service. I keep all CVs on file, and should you wish to make changes, please contact me and I will be happy to do so for the $50 editing fee.
